Dhallywood actress Mahiya Mahi has tied the knot with Gazipur businessman and politician Rakib Sarker.
Rakib Sarker announced the news of their marriage through a Facebook post today.
The caption read, “Alhamdulillah. Mahiya Mahi and I have got married today at 12:05 midnight. Earlier on, news about our marriage was indeed nothing but rumour. Please do pray for us.”
The “Dhaka Attack” actress who confirmed the news as well.
“It’s true that I have tied the knot today with the presence of my loved ones. This is a really happy day for us. Please do pray for us and keep on loving us,” the actress stated.
In an earlier Facebook post, Mahiya Mahi teased about a surprise to her fans on 13th September.
The “Poramon” actress had been married to Sylhet businessman Mahmud Pervez Opu in 2016 which ended up in divorce this May.
Currently, the actress is busy shooting for Shahin Shumon’s upcoming web series “Mafia”.
