Dhaka University is to establish the ”centre for genocide studies” and the ”department of educational psychology”.
The university’s academic council made the decisions at a meeting yesterday.
DU Vice Chancellor Prof AAMS Arefin Sidique said the centre for genocide studies will initiate soon as a research centre to unfold the true history and information of the genocide during the War of Liberation in 1971.
