The 15th Textech Bangladesh 2014 International Expo, an international exposition, will be held at the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre in Dhaka in September 3-6.
The exposition will showcase garments, textile apparel, technology and machinery of Bangladesh, said a news release on Tuesday. CEMS-Global, which is the organiser of the event, at a news conference in Dhaka on Tuesday said it was celebrating the 15th anniversary of Textech with the organising of the ‘15th Textech Bangladesh 2014 International Expo’, with concurrent exhibitions — ‘8th Dhaka International Yarn and Fabric Show 2014’ and ‘18th Dye+Chem Bangladesh 2014 Expo.’
It will also hold ‘TEXAPP Bangladesh 2014’ to bring together textile and apparel industry leaders and machinery importers of Bangladesh, the release said.
Nearly 500 exhibitors from over 15 countries are expected to take part in these exhibitions.
The exhibitions will be open for trade/business visitors only every day from 10:30am to 7:30pm upon registration on the expo venue.
CEMS-Global USA and Asia-Pacific president and group managing director Meherun N Islam, among others, spoke at the news conference.
