Five mathematics department students of Dhaka University have received AF Mujibur Rahman Foundation Gold Medal for their outstanding academic performances.
The DU vice-chancellor, Professor AAMS Arefin Siddique handed the medals and cheques for stipend over to them on Monday. The award recipients are Quamrun Nahar (BSc Honours, 2011), M Khaled Saifullah (MSc, 2010), Tahmina Tarin (MSc, 2010), M Asaduzzaman (MSc, 2010) and Kajal Chandra Saha (MSc, 2010).
