Armed Police Battalion on Tuesday arrested five people, including an illegal dollar trader, from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
They are Sumon Mia, 25, an illegal dollar trader, Wahedul Islam, 23, a worker of Bangladesh Biman, Munna Sheikh, 32, Nurjahan Begum, 30, a hawker and Hiron Mia, 16, who entered the airport illegally.
Alamgir Hossain Shimul, senior assistant superintendent of APBN, told New Age that they were arrested in different derives in the airport area Tuesday noon.
They will be produced in court on Wednesday, he said.
