BRAC Bank has recently launched Collection And Recovery Management Application (CARMA) — a technological platform that automates collection process.
The bank is the first local one to install such a system which is expected to bring further efficiency in recovery process, said a news release.
BRAC Bank managing director and chief executive officer Syed Mahbubur Rahman launched the CARMA at a ceremony in Dhaka in presence of senior management of the bank.
