Rajshahi University and the University of Education, Fryeburg, Germany signed a memorandum of understanding to exchange students, teachers, scientists and researchers for the development of education in higher studies at Rajshahi on Sunday.
The RU vice-chancellor, Abdus Sobhan, and the University of Education, Professor Gregor C Falk, signed at the memorandum on behalf of respective universities, said an RU release.
RU pro-vice-chancellor Nurullah, Environmental Science Institute director Rakib Ahmed and six-member delegation of the German university were present during the signing.
Abdus Sobhan said, according to this memorandum, students, teachers and researchers would get more opportunity to conduct their works.
