Severe cold wave is sweeping over the regions of Rajshahi and Dinajpur and mild to moderate cold wave is sweeping over the regions of Pabna, Bogra, Rangpur, Sayedpur, Faridpur, Jessore, Kushtia and Tangail and it may continue till 6:00pm today.
Weather may remain dry over the country. Moderate to thick fog may occur over Rajshahi and Rangpur divisions and the river basins of the country and light to moderate for may occur elsewhere over the country during midnight till morning, Met Office said.
Night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
The sun sets in the capital today at 5:30pm and rises tomorrow at 6:43am.
The country’s highest temperature, 27.5 degrees Celsius, was recorded on Monday in Rangamati and the lowest, 5.3 degrees, in Rajshahi.
