Mega-popular variety show “Ityadi” is the brainchild of Hanif Sanket, who is the writer, director and host of the show as well. The show is known for its innovative ideas, and the diverse subjects it addresses with a generous dose of humour and much more.
As in previous years, the special episode of “Ityadi” this Eid will start with the ever-familiar Nazrul Sangeet, “Ramzaner Oi Rozar Sheshey,” without which Eid seems incomplete for Bengalis.
Among many other exciting segments, two special musical sketches will be aired on the show. Seven popular TV artistes — Mir Sabbir, Momo, Deepa Khandakar, Rosy Siddiqui, Humaira Himu, Swagota and Alvi — will take part in the sketches. The musical episodes will highlight a row between husband and wife as they go Eid-shopping, their different tastes, and awkward situations involving the shopkeeper and the customers.
