The Gregs clinched another effortless win in the Citycell Basketball League by crushing Mohammadpur Basketball Club by 94-49 points after dominating the first
half by 42-27 points in the day’s first match on Saturday.
Oliver and Tonmoy of the Gregs caged 29 and 26 points respectively while Niloy and Smith scored 17 and six points respectively for the losing side.
Meanwhile, Old DOHS snatched a comfortable 59-28 points victory by defeating Reiths after leading the first half with 38-10 points on Friday’s match.
As Gregs and DOHS topped the points table in the Citycell Basketball league, they were promoted to the Citycell Premier Division Basketball league, which will start from June 17.
