A two-day Sisimpur Fair 2013 will begin today on the
premises of Bangladesh Shishu Academy.
Popular characters of the reality show will be displayed for the children today and tomorrow from 9am to 6pm.
The fair also inclued games, magic shows, bioscope, Sisimpur exhibition, drawing, educational activities and the opportunity to take pictures with Sisimpur characters.
The fair will be open to students from the pre-primary grades, teachers and guardians.
The theme of this year’s festival is ‘Looking at the World, and Learning Everyday’, said a press release.
Meher Afroze Chumki MP, state minister for Women and Children Affairs, is expected tolaunch the Sisimpur Fair at 4.30pm today.
The popular children’s fair has been organised by the Sisimpur Outreach Project of the Bangladesh Shishu Academy.
The project is being implemented by the Bangladesh Shishu Academy with technical support from Sesame Workshop, New York and financial assistance from USAID Bangladesh.
