Eagles snatched an easy win against Hornets Sporting Club in the Premier Division Basketball League at Dhanmondi basketball gymnasium on Sunday.
After a 31-17 points first half lead, Eagles marched to victory in a 68-25 points game.
Eagles’ Emilon scored 15 points and Khairul and Sabuj caged 12 points each.
Meanwhile, Hornets conceded another defeat to Gregorians in a one-sided 124-43 points match after trailing by 45-19 points at the break in Saturday’s second match.
Ibrahim and Mithun caged 33 and 25 points each for Gregorians.
