The Rapid Action Battalion detained two men with 2,000 pieces of Yaba from their possession at a restaurant in Muradpur area of Kotowali Police Station in Chittagong Tuesday noon. The detainees are
identified as Md Shafiul, 50, and Md Helal Uddin, 30.
RAB-7 Chandgao unit Commander Suggan Chakma said, ‘Acting on a tip-off, we arrested them from Jaman Hotel while they were waiting for the customers.’
A case was filed in this connection.
