9,370 examinees in Sylhet apply for re-evaluation
A total of 9,370 HSC examinees under Sylhet board have applied to have their answer sheets re-evaluated. The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE), Sylhet saw the highest pass percentage among the education boards this year.
However, this year also saw the highest number of examinees under the board applying for re-evaluation of their answer sheets, said Prof Abdul Mannan Khan, examination controller of the board yesterday. The re-evaluation will be done by September 13, a month after the last date for applications, he added. He said most of the examinees applied as they failed to get GPA-5.
