Alliance Francaise Chittagong organised a farewell function in honor of its outgoing director Samuel Berthet on its premises Sunday evening.
The farewell function was addressed by Shamsuddin Khan, president of Chittagong Alliance Francaise, Professor Sekandor Khan, vice-chancellor of East-Delta University, MA Malek, editor of local daily Azadi, Gurupada Chakrabarthy, first assistant director of Chittagong Alliance Francaise, Ashish Kumar Sen, second assistant director of Chittangong Alliance Francaise and poet Alam Khursed.
The speakers lauded the role of Samuel Berthet
during his tenure at Alliance Francaise Chittagong in building a cultural bridge between the two countries.
