Khulna Cultural Development Committee will lay siege to the Khulna deputy commissioner office on September 15 and submit a memorandum to the DC, demanding the implementation of Khulna Shilpakala Academy construction and installation of a TV station projects. The KCDC leaders announced the programme at a press conference held at Khulna Press Club Sunday morning.
The KCDC convener, Swapan Guha, urged the authorities concerned to take steps in this regard to complete these projects as soon as possible.
