Fresh online registration for both male and female workers aspiring to get employed in the international job market would begin on September 22.
Aspirant workers will be able to get registered at their nearest information service centres under union councils, municipalities and city corporations across the country.
As per schedule of registration, under Dhaka and Barisal divisions, registration would start on September 22 and continue till September 28.
The registration under Rajshahi, Rangpur and Sylhet divisions would be held between September 28 and October 4 while in Khulna and Chittangong divisions, registration would be held on October 4 -10.
Expatriates’ welfare and overseas employment minister Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain on Thursday urged the aspirant workers to get registered at their nearest information service centres during the scheduled time if they wished to go abroad for works.
‘No worker will be allowed to go abroad without registration. The government has made law in this regard,’ he told a press conference at his ministry on Thursday.
