One of the best cement producing companies in Bangladesh, Shah Cement Industries Ltd have come forward to sponsor the first formula racer from Bangladesh, Mahfuzur Rahman Tushar for the upcoming ‘16 JK Tyre Racing Competition Formula LGB 4 – Round 4’ in Delhi.
A press conference was called to announce the details at the Dutch Bangla Bank auditorium on Sunday.
Formula 1 is also known as Motorsport across the globe and is one of the most pulse-racing and costly sports in the world. ‘I participated for the first time in the ‘16 JK Tyre Racing Competition Formula LGB 4 – Round 1 & 2’ and grabbed 11th spot out of 22 competitors. If I can do that without any helping hand, I can place myself in the top five of the upcoming rounds for sure,’ said Tushar who went on to reveal that German motor-racing legend Michael Schumacher was his role model in F1 racing.
Tushar acknowledged his gratitude towards his sponsor Shah Cement Industries Ltd. and is hopeful that it will boost him to perform better in the future.
