Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal, student wing of opposition BNP at Jahangirnagar University, on Sunday submitted a memorandum to the vice-chancellor Professor Anwar Hossain, demanding congenial atmosphere for holding election to the university central students’ union.
JCD convener of Maulana Bhashani HallTawsif Hasnain Turzo submitted the memorandum.
In the statement, JCD made six-point demand that include, ensuring co-existence of all students organisations, holding JUCSU under impartial election commission, ensuring participation of all students in the election.
