The Bangladesh Football Federation president, Kazi Salahuddin on Monday asked the local coaches to find the raw talents and announced an incentive package for them.
‘Usually professional clubs create football stars but our clubs are not fully professional, so they do not get enough talents to nurture,’ Salahuddin told during a programme at the BFF Bhaban.
‘Now, I would like to offer the coaches to do some scouting on their own. If they can find a talented player, we will reward them.
‘Our foreign coaches will assess the talented players. If they think a certain player is talented enough and the coach who will discover them will be rewarded with Tk 50,000 to Tk 200,000.
‘The BFF will groom up the player and will sell him to a club and the coach will get a share of the earning too.’
