The Admission Fest at Presidency University began on October 3, 2024 (Thursday) and will continue till October 18, 2024. The honourable Acting Vice-Chancellor of Presidency University, Professor A.H.M Faruque, inaugurated the fest.
The event was attended by the university’s Principal Adviser, Professor Dr. Md. Anwarul Kabir, Deans of various faculties, the Registrar, Heads of Departments, the Proctorial Team, faculty members, the Admission Office, and other department officials, along with students.
The Admission Fest offers limited-time massive discounts and exclusive gifts based on “FIRST COME-FIRST GET”. During the fest, there will be 50% off on admission fees and special discounts on tuition for the students enrolling in 12 programs under 7 departments. In their inauguration speech, the guests highlighted the university’s progressive education system, advanced research quest, and collaboration between industry and academia that prepare students to become smart citizens of the 21st century.
They stressed the point that graduates of Presidency University are gaining recognition as qualified employees in various industries, including Abul Khair Group, which is one of the largest business conglomerates in Bangladesh. On the first day of the Admission Fest, the different features of the university were highlighted to introduce it to prospective students.
