The visiting ICC Anti-Corruption and Security officials are expected to leave Dhaka today after two days of renewed investigation into the match-fixing allegation, said the officials.
Nizamudddin Chowdhury, the acting chief executive officer of the Bangladesh Cricket Board, told New Age that the ACSU officials are yet to submit their report and it will take time.
‘We did not get any report from the ACSU. I think it will take a few more days,’ said Chowdhury, without providing further details.
It was reported that the ACSU members had
interrogated Dhaka Gladiators manager Sanuar Hossain and bowling coach Mohammad Rafique during this visit, though it could not be confirmed through any independent source.
Sanuar denied talking to the ACSU on this issue while Rafique could not be reached.
