The celebrity couple singer Runa Laila and actor Alamgir will be the judges at a TV reality show in which they will select best couples.
The show titled Ponds Super Couple will be aired in seven consecutive days beginning from the Eid day at 5:50pm on Channel 9 as part of the channel’s weeklong Eid ul Azha celebrations programme.
In the audition round the participating couples of the show will have to do an array of performances like dancing, singing, cooking and playing various interesting games.
The selected couples from the audition round will compete with each other till the gala round in which three best couples will finally be selected.
They will get attractive prizes.
All the rounds of the reality show have already been completed and recorded to be aired. ‘It will be an interesting show in the Eid celebrations. Some of the participants of the show are very successful professionals in real life and they have done really good to entertain people during the Eid festival,’ Runa Laila told New Age.
‘The competition was tough and it became really difficult for us to select the best three couples since all the couples were equally competent,’ she added.
Runa Laila further said that she and Alamgir enjoyed their roles in the show.
