Amazon Web Services is hosting a training event called Startup Day Bangladesh 2023 on October 5, 2023. This day-long program will provide hands-on teaching on using the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform to transform startup designs.
According to a press release, this event is aimed at students, startups, and entrepreneurs in Bangladesh who aspire to build high-ranking companies. It will be divided into immersive workshops where attendees will gain practical knowledge on using the AWS platform for cloud-native applications, software as a service, analytics, and machine learning. This event will offer the chance to connect with industry experts, foster valuable connections, and equip participants with the tools to propel their startups to remarkable success. It will also provide opportunities to learn about AWS career programs through various sessions conducted by internationally and locally recognised professionals and trainers from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
AWS Startup Day Bangladesh 2023 is jointly hosted by Daffodil International University (DIU), Knowledgevale, and Bangladesh Venture Capital in collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS). As per the press release, the event will have over BDT 10 lakh available for every qualified startup. There will also be a US $10,000 AWS credit available for application building, as well as funding, co-working space, and incubation support. Participants will get to provide a presentation based on the hands-on workshop, from which the winners will be declared based on the verdict of the judges, with attractive prizes available for the winners. Moreover, Bangladesh Venture Capital will finance the projects of the successful startups featured in this event.
