BBC Janala, an English lessons, is available on compact disk on sale at retail stores throughout Bangladesh from yesterday, says a press release.
Created by the BBC World Service Trust as part of English in action, the BBC Janala ‘album’ contained 24 lessons from the popular essential English series and is priced at just Tk 30.
Previously available on BBC Janala’s mobile phone and internet platforms, the audio lessons can be repeatedly played on any compact disk or CD-Rom equipment.
This latest initiative, in partnership with G-Series, will provide an opportunity for even more people across Bangladesh to learn English, particularly in groups.
