Many of the customers of the mobile financial service provider, bKash, across the country faced trouble in the last two days as they failed to transfer money using its service after the company started upgrading its network without giving any prior notice. bKash customers and agents alleged that they could not transfer money on Wednesday and Thursday which put many low income people to trouble.
‘The service is unavailable as we cannot able to access to the network,’ said a bKash agent located at Banasree of Rampura in the capital.
Many customers said that they had urgent need of sending or receiving money but the sudden suspension of the service put them to a helpless position.
bKash, in a statement, on Thursday said that during the upgradation period some customers and agents might experience temporary service disruption.
It regretted any inconvenience that its clients might face during the upgradation period.
bKash offers mobile financial services through which customers can transfer money using mobile phones.
