Police recovered seven parts of the body packed in three poly packets in front of the Badsha Primary School of the area at about 12:00pm, said Kamramgichar police officer-in-charge Yeasir Arafat Khan.
The youth might have been killed at another place and then body parts were kept there, Yasir added.
The body parts were sent to Mitford Hospital morgue for autopsy.
Details about the deceased could not be known immediately.
A case will be filed in this connection, said Yeasir.
