7 robbers held

The detective branch of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police arrested seven alleged robbers during different drives on Saturday. The detainees are also accused of the murders of two people — driver of a truck and his assistant on Thursday mid-night.

4 killed in Dhaka

At least four people died in separate incidents in the capital and on its outskirts on Saturday. At Savar, police recovered the bodies of two youths from the River Turag.
