3 electrocuted in Barisal

Three people, including an employee of Barisal City Corporation, died of electrocution while fishing at Goriar Par of Kashipur in the city Thursday morning. The deceased were identified as Syed Mizanur Rahman, 40, road-roller driver of Barisal City Corporation, Malek Howladar, 58, retired policeman, and Delwar Gazi, 35, fishermen.

Girl found dead in Barisal

A teenage girl was found dead at a residential hotel in the Barisal city on Thursday. Police recovered the hanging body of Rita, 17, of Bakerganj, from Hotel Sunflower at Falpatty in the city in the morning and sent it to Barisal Sher-e-Bangla Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy.
