The Gazi Tank Cricketers received an instant bonus of Tk five lakh after defeating Prime Doleshwar by 60 runs to win the Dhaka Premier League at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium on Friday.
Lutfar Rahman Badal, famous for offering cash incentives to encourage the players to perform, distributed Tk 23,500 to each player after they completed their journey to their maiden title.
This incentive is in addition to the bonuses already announced, including those for winning matches.
