Veteran comedy actor Saifuddin Ahmed has died.
He died of old-age complications at Dhaka’s Combined Military Hospital at 3:00pm on Monday, his son major Sayeed Ahmed told bdnews24.com.
He would be buried at Banani graveyard, he said.
Saifuddin acted in over 100 films, including the country’s first Bengali language feature film ‘Mukh O Mukhosh’.
Theatre personality Syed Hasan Imam said the country lost a talented actor with his death.
