Comilla and Narail District Sports Associations emerged boys’ and girls’ group champions in the 22nd National Junior Wrestling competition that concluded on Thursday at the Shaheed Captain M Mansur Ali Handball Stadium.
In the boys’ group, Comilla DSA secured four gold and one bronze medal and Dhaka DSA finished runners-up with two gold, one silver and two bronze medals while Jessore DSAwere placed in third
position with one gold, four silver and one bronze medal.
In the girls’ group, Narail DSA emerged champions with two gold, three silver and two bronze medals and Rajshahi DSA finished runners up with two gold, two silver and one bronze medal while Chapainawabganj DSA stood in third place with two gold, one silver and one bronze medal.
RB Group executive director SM Zahid Hasan was the chief guest on the concluding day and distributed the prizes.
