A construction worker fell to death while working at an under-construction building at city’s Lalkhan Bazar under Khulshi police station in Chittagong Saturday morning.
The deceased was identified as Shukkur Ahmad, 35, hailed
from Gopalpur upazila of Tangail district.The police outpost sources at Chittagong Medical College Hospital said Shukkur was injured as he fell down from the third floor of the under-construction building at around 9:00am.
He was taken to hospital where the attending doctor declared him dead at around 9:40am.
The body was kept at CMCH morgue for post-mortem examinations.
