An elderly man was killed in a road accident at Tiger-pass
in the Chittagong city early Wednesday.
The deceased was identified as Pulin Shil, 66, a resident at
Sholkata of Anwara upazila under the district.Jahirul Islam, subinspector of the police outpost at Chittagong Medical College Hospital, said Pulin sustained critical injuries when a bus knocked him down at Tiger-pass at about 10:30pm on Tuesday.
He also said the injured was taken to the hospital where the on-duty doctors announced him dead at around mid-night past Wednesday.
