Partex Sporting Club and Eskaton Sabuj Sangha notched up 6-wicket victories against their respective opponents in the First Division Cricket League yesterday.
At the Dhanmondi Cricket Stadium, Partex bowled City Club out for 190 runs in 49.2 overs. Sadaf Sarker (86) was the only notable scorer in the City Club innings. Partex reached the target with relative ease, racing to 191 for 4 in 41.2 overs. Niaz Murshed made the job all the more easy hammering an unbeaten 114.
At the Jahangirnagar University Ground, Eskaton strolled to the 134-run target in 27 overs losing only four wickets, thanks to a half-century from Mahfuz.
