All academic and administrative activities of Dhaka University will remain closed every Friday and Saturday as the university authorities decided to enforce a two-day weekly holiday.
The teachers, students and the officials of the university
will enjoy the holiday from July 1 this year.The university syndicate meeting, chaired by vice-chancellor, AAMS Arefin Siddique, made the decision Sunday night.
The working hours on other days will be from 9:00am to 5:00pm instead of 9:30am to 5:00pm.
