Dhaka University yesterday decided in principal to launch a new masters course on environmental education to build expertise on environment in national and international levels, says a press release.
Prof Bishal K Sitaula of Norwegian University and Associate Professor Laxman Ganwali and Parbat Dhungana of Kathmandu University of Nepal called on DU vice-chancellor Prof AAMS Arefin Siddique at his office while they discussed to initiate a masters course on environmental education at the Institute of Education and Research (IER) so that graduates can rise up awareness among people and students about environment.
