A three-day show on eco-friendly industrial equipment and sustainable development — Greentrade Bangladesh Summit and Eco-Industrial Engineering Technology Expo — will begin in Dhaka on March 12.
ExpoNet Exhibition (Pvt) Ltd in association with International Training Network and the architecture department of Buet will jointly organise the summit and expo at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre, according to a statement yesterday.
The fourth International Solartech Bangladesh Expo, second International impression of Greenbuild Bangladesh expo and second International impression of Showcase Clean Development Mechanism Bangladesh expo will also be held at the same venue.
The events will create opportunity for live corporate demo, showcase technology, exchange requirements and search cross border business opportunities, said Rashedul Haque, director of media and marketing at ExpoNet.
Waleed Al Wohaib, chief executive officer of International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation will present the keynote paper on the obstacles in the area of trade development.
Eighty-eight global leading companies from 17 countries, including Bangladesh, will showcase their eco-industrial equipment and impact investment services in the expo.
