Former Bangladesh Volleyball Federation general secretary and former director of finance of the Bangladesh Power Development Board, Sharif Hossain Khan died at his
residence on Monday due to old-age complications. He was 74.
He left behind a son and a daughter, relatives and a host of well-wishers to mourn his death.
BVF president GQ Chowdhury, general secretary Ashikur Rahman Miku and officials expressed their deep shock at the death of Sharif and prayed for his departed soul.
