The Chittagong airport customs officials recovered 14 gold bars, weighting 140 tolas from a flight from Dubai Tuesday morning. The airport assistant commissioner, Md Selim, said they recovered the gold as it was left abandoned under a passenger seat in BG-026 flight which took off from Qatar and landed at the airport via Dubai at 7:00am. A case was filed with the Potenga police but none was arrested, he added.
