Mobile phone operator Grameenphone on Thursday launched a self-service mobile recharge kiosk for its subscribers at Grameenphone Centre in the city’s Gulshan area.
The service will allow GP users to recharge their mobile balance on their own through the loading machine at the kiosks. GP’s chief marketing officer, Allan Bonke said, ‘The self-service top-up facility is a testimony of Grameenphone’s commitment to its customers.
Grameenphone will continue its drive for customer satisfaction and keep on introducing new and innovative services to give them the best possible experience.’
The company will install the facility in key crowded locations in Dhaka and other major cities across the country to provide 24/7 service for the customers to recharge their mobile numbers independently.
Eastcompeace Smart Card (Bangladesh) is working as the device and solution partner with Grameenphone for this kiosk-based top-up facility.
