Former cricket captain Imran Khan called for exemplary punishment to be given to any player found guilty of spot fixing during the tour of England.
“I think there is a need to send out a message to youngsters…that crime does not pay,” Imran told Geo News on Sunday.
“I myself have come to know about these allegations against our players from the media. I hope they are not true but if any player is found guilty he should be made an example for future generations of Pakistani cricketers.”
