The Institutional Quality Assurance Cell at the North South University organised workshops on ‘How not to Teach: Etiquette in Teaching’ for the faculty members of NSU on July 28 and August 11, said a press release.
The workshops were conducted school wise, in two sessions and were well attended by the faculty members of four schools.
The workshops on both the days were facilitated by NSU registrar and economics department associate professor Ahmed Tazmeen, the release said.
He started the sessions with a quick ice-breaking program, discussed ways of effective teaching, major elements of motivating students and finally do’s and don’ts in teaching.
The workshops were quite interactive and participants shared their experiences and teaching tips among each other.
