Singer Jennifer Lopez has no plans of bidding adieu
to music when she will grow old.
Lopez, 44, said she won’t be bowing to pressure to consider retirement as she grows older because she is determined to still entertain as her age advances, just like female superstars Cher, Aretha Franklin and Dolly Parton, reported Contactmusic.
‘All these people who came a generation before this one showed that you don’t have to, as a young woman, have an expiration date.’
‘You can go on and you can do what you want into your 60s and 70s, and you can be powerful and vulnerable and be human. And I think we’re just carrying that on. I’d like to think I’m part of the generation that’s carrying that on,’ she said.
