A ten-member team of Korea Overseas Volunteers (KOVs) has arrived here aiming to provide training on different fields including nursing, community development, computer education, and automobile.
Ambassador of Korea to Bangladesh, Cho Taiyoung, and Resident Representative of KOICA Bangladesh Office, Lee Jung Wook, welcomed them at the embassy yesterday, said a press release.
The KOVs will undergo a two-month local adaptation training by which they are expected to learn local language, culture, and customs.
The ten KOVs will be dispatched for two years to respected host organisations on computing, automobile, nursing, bakery and confectionary, physical education etc.
