Direction of TV plays, rather than acting in them, keeps Salahuddin Lavlu on a tight schedule these days. He is filming his new drama serial “Harkeeptey” at Pubail. Written by Brindaban Das, the serial will be aired on Banglavision.
Lavlu says, like his previous serials, the latest one too is characterised by humour with a message. The cast includes among others, Amirul Haque Chowdhury, Mosharraf Karim, Chanchal Chowdhury and Shirin Alam.
Lavlu is also working on single-episode TV plays: one will be broadcast on ATN Bangla this month and some six are expected to air during the upcoming Eid. Apart from “Hero”, written by Masum Reza, all the plays have been written by Brindaban Das. The play titled, “Kotha Dilen Tho” will be divided into six episodes
