Speakers of a seminar at CUET focused on the time-befitting engineering education for Bangladesh to face the rising competition in the international arena.
The seminar was organised by the directorate of research and extension department of CUET Sunday noon. The CUET vice-chancellor, Professor Jahangir Alam, inaugurated
the programme as the chief guest and said steps
were taken to turn the engineering section of CUET into international standard.
Organising seminars would play an important role in improvement process of the students, he added.
The assistant professor of electrical and computer engineering department of York College of USA, Dr Kala Mian, presented the essay on ‘Quality Assurance and Accreditation in Higher EducationÕ at the seminar.
