SM Abu Mohsin has recently been elected the chairman of the bank’s executive committee while Md Amirul Islam has been elected the chairman of the audit committee, said a press release.
SM Abu Mohsin, who was a sponsor director of the bank, is also the chairman of Food and Accommodation Co and managing director of Brothers Oxygen.Md Amirul Islam, who was an independent director, was also the chairman of the audit committee of Aramit Cement. He also taught at Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh as a senior faculty member for 18 years.
