The government on Sunday postponed the Secondary School Certificate and equivalent examinations scheduled for Monday in all boards for the situation due to cyclone Mocha.
The National University authorities also cancelled its B.Ed examinations across the Bangladesh scheduled for Monday for the cyclone.
Earlier, the government postponed the SSC and equivalent examinations on Sunday and Monday in six boards for the same reason.
The Bangladesh Inter-Education Board Sub-Committee in the notice on Friday said that the ongoing SSC and equivalent examinations would remain suspended on May 14 and May 15 in four general boards – Cumilla, Jashore, Chittagong and Barishal due to cyclone Mocha.
The examinations under the Bangladesh Madrassah Education Board and the Bangladesh Technical Education Board will also remain suspended in these districts for these two days, it added.
In a new notice issued on Sunday, the Bangladesh Inter-Education Board Sub-Committee said that the examination had been suspended in all boards on the day as the question paper of the May 15 examination was same in all boards.
The notice said that the changed dates would be notified later.
