Bangladesh national cricket team skipper Mushfiqur Rahim has been engaged with Zannatul Ferdous Monty at a simple ceremony in the city on Sunday. Mushfiq, who hails from Bogra and passed his MA in history from Jahangirnagar University, engaged with sister-in-law of another cricketer Mohammad Mahmdullah Riyad, who in fact is the vice-captain of Bangladesh team. Monty is still a student and she is now studying at a private university in the city.
Mushfiq is now busy with playing home series with the visiting New Zealand team.
